Hyperbarics is a relaxing wellness activity that works by gently and mildly increasing the atmospheric pressure around you. This non-invasive wellness therapy helps improve circulation, mental focus and energy levels. Many people find that with hyperbarics they enjoy overall better health and wellbeing.
At Ohana Hyperbarics we excel at providing a caring, comfortable and safe experience. We have three large and spacious mild hyperbaric chambers and one standard size chamber, each in private rooms. A typical session is 60 to 90 minutes long. You can read, mediate or simply take a nap. Bringing a water bottle is a good idea since you will want to drink a lot of water after your session.
Our Hyperbarics sessions are pressure only and do not include supplemental oxygen at this time. It is important to note that a growing body of studies are showing that increased pressure alone has wellness benefits such as improved brain function and faster muscle recovery.
